This session is an invitation to harmonize the rhythm of your breath with the rhythm of life, fostering a deep sense of calm and well-being. Join us for a practice focused on restoring balance and embracing the beauty of harmony within.

The most efficient and effective route to our nervous systems is our breath. We’ll use conscious connected breathing and other breathwork techniques to recharge our bodies to facilitate healing, and tap into our deeper resources and live a life that is full and purposeful.

Each month, we gather from all over the world for transformative breathwork. We'll use conscious connected breathwork, which, at its core is the recognition of the inherent balance within the breath itself. Inhaling brings in vital energy and oxygen, while exhaling releases toxins and tension--and the stories and patterns that no longer serve us. This rhythmic exchange is a constant state of give and take, of renewal and release. By attuning ourselves to the flow of our breath, we align with the harmonious rhythm of ourselves, creating space with growth while fostering a sense of equilibrium within.
