Transformational Breathwork with Melissa

Experience healing and empowerment through 75 minutes of transformational breathwork & integration. The most efficient and effective route to our nervous systems is our breath. We’ll use conscious connected breathing to recharge our bodies to facilitate healing, and tap into our deeper resources and live a life that is full and purposeful.

Dates: Sept. 16 at 10am; Nov. 14 at 6pm; Nov. 19 at 10am

9D Breathwork uses CCB, combined with multi-dimensional sound, binaural brain entrainment, solfeggio frequencies, isochronic brainwave tones, 432 Hz harmonic tuning, subliminal messaging, bioacoustic sound effects, and guided coaching for massive transformation.
