Gratitude and Release is a transformative conscious connected breathwork session where you’ll harness the power of gratitude while letting go of what no longer serves you. Conscious connected breathwork is a simple yet powerful technique that uses continuous, rhythmic breathing to bypass the mind and tap into the body’s innate ability to heal. As Tony Robbins has shared, breathwork is a potent tool for resetting the nervous system, enhancing mental clarity, and shifting emotional states. Gabrielle Bernstein also extols breathwork for its ability to release emotional blocks and cultivate inner peace. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, this practice helps release stored emotions, reduce stress, and create clarity and peace.
