Experience healing and empowerment through 75 minutes of transformational breathwork & integration. The most efficient and effective route to our nervous systems is our breath. We’ll use conscious connected breathing to recharge our bodies to facilitate healing, and tap into our deeper resources and live a life that is full and purposeful.
